Level 5 is the 6th level of Enter The Backrooms and where the jazz music kicks in. Level 5 appears to be an infinite hotel, with white un-smoothed ceilings, a red carpet floor with white dots, a beige wallpaper, and (un-openable) doors lining the walls.
