Dallas is an NPC that can be spawned from the "Dallas summon" item, which is only obtainable through the admin panels via private servers. Dallas is similar to Billy. Unlike Billy, Dallas seems to seek the nearest player and devour them whole, this also applies to other NPCs. It is a tentacle creature with blue crosses in it's main body which is like the Billy but it is orange.
